Research Interests

My research focuses on improving organizational behavior, employee performance and institutional effectiveness in public institutions, especially law enforcement agencies, by studying evidence-based reform, digitalization and the application of artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, I am interested in how social and economic disparities influence crime and criminal justice policy. Methodologically, I use mixed methods in my research.

My personal interests include traveling, exploring new places and cultures, playing lawn tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
